Obesity is serious health problem of modern times, Obesity is generally the result of malnutrition but this can also be due to such factors as (i) family tendency, (ii) hormone deficiency, (iii) eating habits, (v) family status, etc. However, the main factors are—(a) physical inactivity and (b) bad eating habits.
