(i) Avoid training when you are tired.
(ii) Use appropriate training surfaces.
(iii) Introduce new activities very gradually.
(iv) Pay attention on hydration and nutrition.
(v) Never train hard if you are stiff form the previous effort.
(vi) Physical therapy is given.
(vii) Allow lot of time for warming up and cooling off.
(viii) Increase in training should be matched with increase in resting.
(ix) Equipment should be appropriate and safe to use.
